In The Studio With David Way!

Boy did I have fun working with upcoming super-producer, David Way. About 14 hours straight, him and I mashed out a song from scratch. And boy did we burn fire! Can't wait for you all to hear the unique and interestingly dope track entitled "Beast (Can't Do Me)". This collaboration is part of the creation of my music EP "TramaineMontell". The first track on the EP, "Exclusive", will be realeased on my Bday, Jan 31st and the second sometime mid to late March. :)

Intro rap: I'm a triple threat so I got three names, all you bitches is the same, all ya feeble attempts is lame. 99 of them but it's only one me, this a one man show, this a one person game, you're the best at what you do if you do you, I'ma do me, it's easy, you'll go far if you find the inner peace, beasts hang with beasts, so I'ma go where the wild things are...

Verse1: I am the only created
there were none like me before me
the only me in existence
and there'll be no duplicating
You can try but,

but you'll only be a miniature
go 'head be my guest
try and copy my signature.

Pre-hook: So, who am I??
I am original made
I am one of a kind
kinda like Ace of Spades

And I don't have to try
don't have to work
don't have to do nothing but me
don't have to think
don't have to bite
but you might get ate cause I'm a beast

Chorus: I'm a monster baby
I'm a beast
I'm a monster baby
A masterpiece
I'm the one and only
unleash
release this monster baby

Hook: Can't nobody do me,
you can't do me,
better than me
can't nobody do me,
you can't do me,
'cause I'm a beast

Verse2: Not afraid to be me, I'm fearless
I'm kinda the realest one
that you've seen in a minute
everything I do, I kill it
you can try but,

it'll be a cheap imitation
just a counterfeit
another word for synthetic

(Pre-hook)
(Chorus)

TRE® with Allison Bennett, MSW

I recently had the privilege of experiencing a session with Allison Bennett, MSW, a Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner, and therapist who guided me through TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises). From the moment we began, it was evident that Allison possesses a deep understanding of both the physical and psychological dimensions of stress, tension, and trauma. TRE® is truly innovative, working with the body's natural reflex mechanisms to release deeply ingrained patterns of tension. Allison expertly facilitated this process, creating a space of safety and trust that allowed me to fully engage with the practice. Her mindfulness and sensitivity were palpable throughout the session, ensuring that I felt supported and at ease every step of the way. Having not explored TRE® since my time at Harvard's American Repertory Theatre, I was amazed by the profound impact it had on me under Allison's guidance. The soothing vibrations and gentle release of muscular tension lef

Trauma Therapy Scholarship Letter to The Sanctuary

THE SANCTUARY BRIDGE PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIP ESSAY  Dear Sanctuary Staff, Growing up in Chicago’s Cabrini Green Housing Projects, a community riddled with gangs, violence, and poverty, I defied the odds, earning a Bachelor's Degree in theatre from Syracuse University and Master's Degrees from Harvard University. These accomplishments, celebrated by many as the epitome of success, did little to shield me from the traumatic experiences of my youth, experiences that would shape the course of my life. As I transitioned into adulthood, the insidious effects of the trauma I had endured began to surface. The echoes of my past haunted my emotional well-being, and it became increasingly clear that my journey was far from the conventional success story that others perceived. At the age of 35, the toll of my tumultuous background manifested in a series of devastating losses — my cousin and best friend Andre, fell victim to gun violence; my uncle succumbed to a heroin overdose, and tragically,
